At this stage, the government does not have complete propaganda. No promotion or increase the difficulty of the text, so the first contact with Large Heavy Motorcycle, the addition of the team is to reduce the attempt to wrong and illegal methods. Those who are now in contact with the Large Heavy Motorcycle will join the team, and knowledge in the team has gradually become an important intangible assets, what people will do knowledge sharing behavior, and how to encourage team members to share their knowledge will be important management issues. This study uses the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to examine factors influencing knowledge sharing behavioral intention among team members in team, the paper recruits 140 questionnaires and uses the partial least squares method (Partial least squares, PLS) for analytical methods. The results of this study show that: (1) Attitude positively and significantly influences intention. (2) Descriptive specification and significantly influences intention. (3) Personal imperative and significantly influences intention. (4) Group norms and significantly influences intention. (5) Knowledge sharing will have a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing.
