Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學理工學院 === 材料科學與工程碩士班 === 105 === In this study, the cathode of the field emission type X-ray bulb was prepared by using Carbon Nano-coil (CNC) as the electron emission source for high voltage test and imaging, and compared with different processes to find the best parameters for practical application The The research content is divided into three parts: the first part of the nano-carbon spiral coil as the cathode carbon material to explore the impact of different process differences. The results show that the maximum distance between the cathode and cathode is 0.5 cm at 50 kV, and the optimum temperature is 600 ℃ for 30 min. The second part is the X-ray cathode for different composite coating, hope that the high voltage can be stable to improve its current efficiency and life. The results show that the cathode distance of the anode and cathode is 0.5 cm at 50 kV and the optimum temperature is 75 ℃ and the process time is 60 seconds. The electroless copper plating The composite coating of X-ray cathode, the process temperature of 40 ℃, the process time of 60 seconds for the best parameters. The third part is the nano-carbon spiral coil cathode in the simulated X-ray tube vacuum cavity imaging, to compare whether the success of imaging and resolution is good or bad. The results show that under the 30 kV high voltage, the distance between the anode and the anode is 0.25 cm, and the best parameters can be successfully imaged and the image is not blurred.
