This study also examines whether the silence behavior will be continued at the workplace. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to explore the key factors of silence behavior in classroom. Open coding approach was used to analyze the qualitative data collected. The results are as follows: First, classroom silence is the learning habits only during student life, not necessarily continue to be used at the workplace. Second, not every student feels that classroom silence is not good. Third, the feedbacks and responses of management to employee voice behavior will affect the degree of employee silence behaviors at the workplace. Fourth, this study suggests two approaches to the management to get the true opinions of employees. AY, CHANG-RUAY 艾昌瑞 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW
