The purpose of this research is as follows: 1st, to explore the gender differences in educational preparation for retirement. 2nd, To explore the differences in learning needs of different gender educators in retirement preparation. 3rd, to explore the differences in the prospecting situation of different gender education staffs' retirement preparation. 4th, the results of comprehensive research recommendations, provision of education for retired personnel and related educational institutions for reference. In order to make a deep research on the preparation of retired teachers of different gender, this study adopts the qualitative research method and adopts semi-structured depth interviews to analyze the relationship between ten teachers aged 45 and above (female 5, male 5) Chiayi public school prepared to retire the education staff interviews, whereby the study obtained the following four conclusions: 1st, different gender education personnel retirement preparation point of view there are differences: On the retirement view, men than women, male and female differences; in the understanding of the meaning of retirement planning, male and female differences 2nd, differences in Learning Needs for Retirement Preparedness for Educators of Different gender: In the learning pipeline, women are more diverse than men; the current learning needs, women than men, multiple; retirement learning needs, men than women diverse; in learning action, men are more active than women 3rd, different gender education personnel to prepare for retirement management objectives of the situation is different: For the life expectancy and preparation of the future, women demand more than men; for older life goals, men more goals than women; now put the resources, men have more resources than women 4th, different gender education personnel risk management of retirement preparation of the situation there are differences: In terms of retirement prevention and prevention, women are more likely to be more concerned than men; older men are more likely to be affected than women; older men are more likely to be affected than women; men are more optimistic than women; planning of health, the difference between men and women is not. Finally, the results and conclusions of the study will be put forward for reference by the government, schools, senior education institutions, educators and future researchers.
