In addition to improving operational efficiency, but also shorten the communication distance between people. However, information has brought convenience but also hidden the crisis, so developing information security policies to regulate the organization's internal peer behavior. In this study, the paper put forward a research model, using internal motivation and external motivation to explore the compliance intention within the organization for the company's information security policies. Using network questionnaire and collecting samples, and the data analysis method is adopts Structured Equations Modeling and SmartPLS3.0 as the main system analysis tools. After analyzing the 255 valid responses, we could draw the following conclusions: (1) Perceived effectiveness and organizational identity are positively impacting compliance with information security policy.
