In the experimental part, we designed and manufactures second generation adjustable-preload double-nut ball screw platform, use pneumatic force and digital valve with large incubator, measure the relationship between preload, rotational speed and environmental temperature on the friction torque. In the analytical part, based on the theoretical model of Olaru et al., estimate the ball screw in different preload, and temperature of the theoretical torque value by temperature-viscosity coefficient. In the numerical part, we developed a second generation double-nut ball screw model and use force to control preload, with new mesh and friction coefficient design. Successfully simulate the relationship between the friction torque of the screw and the preload, rotational speed and environmental temperature. Finally, the comparison and discussion of experimental, theoretical and numerical data, in addition to understanding the relationship between the parameters and friction torque, but also by understanding the interaction between the parameters, and confirm the Olaru theoretical model of the full scope of application Pai-Chen Lin 林派臣 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 135 zh-TW |
