Method: There are two experiments in this research, and there are 14 archers as research subjects (aged 20.07±1.77, height 166.43±7.67cm, weight 66.00±13.12 kg). Before the test, the subjects undergo three different experiments according to the Repeated Measure and Counter Balance. Each experiment interval is 24 hours. The three experiments are: Vibration Stretching (VS, 30Hz, 4 movements ×30sec ×3 runs), Static Stretching (SS, 0Hz, 4 movements ×30sec ×3 runs), and (Control group, CON). After the above experiments, the subjects undergo the max. strength (two tests, 5 secs per time) and strength control (three tests, 3 sec per time, 5 secs interval) tests for the two arms. After one week, the subjects conducted the same experiments and proceed to the archery performance test, with the reference of the official archery contest to finish 50m single run test (1 end with 6 arrows, 6 ends for 36 arrows in total). Result: In the max. strength test, there is no significant difference between the results for both arms in the 3 experiments.; In the strength control ability, the VS group for the arm to pull the arch is significantly better than CON group. (2.38±1.26 < 3.79±3.02), while there is no significant difference for the arm to hold the arch.. For the archery performance, there is no significant difference on the scores under 3 different experiments. For different experiments and different runs (3×6), both cross action and major effect are not significant. Conclusion: The research shows that single vibration stretch stimulation can enhance the strength control of the drawing hand; however, it will not affect the maximum muscle strength and archery performance.
