The study aims to explore and discuss seven final-year preschoolers who have not learned Bopomofo in the Rainbow class in Rainbow Affiliated Preschool. This study focuses on on the enhancement of final-year preschoolers’ mastery of Bopomofo using thematic curriculum of House of Fairytales. The development of the thematic curriculum of House of Fairytales is based on the results of situational analysis in order to enhance final-year preschoolers’ mastery of Bopomofo. The efficacy of curricular implementation is evaluated by implementing the curriculum. Research conclusions are as follows: 1. In light of the situational analysis and reflections of the instruction of the enhancement of final-year preschoolers’ mastery of Bopomofo using thematic curriculum of House of Fairytales, it is necessary to implement the action program. 2. In light of the development and organization of the action program and reflections of the enhancement of final-year preschoolers’ mastery of Bopomofo using thematic curriculum of House of Fairytales, full development of curriculum and the plan of instructional goals are achieved. 3. In light of the implementation and reflections of the action program of the enhancement of final-year preschoolers’ mastery of Bopomofo using thematic curriculum of House of Fairytales, by organizing thematic curriculum, the sense of accomplishment can enhance the learning interest of infants, the enjoyment of learning Bopomofo, and students’ learning efficacy. 4. In light of the evaluation of implementation and reflections of the action program of the enhancement of final-year preschoolers’ mastery of Bopomofo using thematic curriculum of House of Fairytales, there is a significantly positive effect on enhancing the learning achievement of final-year preschoolers’ mastery of Bopomofo. In the end, suggestions are provided based on the research conclusions as reference for instructional application and future research.
