Meanwhile, the mediating effect of self-efficacy between self-oriented and career capital, and moderating effect of social support between self-efficacy and career capital are conducted. The research object is workers obtained bachelor’s degree. A total of 313 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical method of descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis are used in the study to explore the relationships among variables. The empirical results of the study are shown as follows. 1. Self-directed learning has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. 2. Self-directed learning has a significant positive impact on career capital. 3. Self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on career capital. 4. Self-efficacy has a partially mediating effect between self-directed learning and career capital. 5. Social support has no moderating effect on self-efficacy and career capital Based on the results of the study, there are some concrete conclusions and suggestions provided as references in the future study.
