In this study, we take the case“investing in a single country of the small and medium-sized construction companies” as an example to assess the most appropriate overseas investment model- New Venture, Acquisition, Merger, Majority Joint Venture, Equal Joint Venture and Minority Joint Venture. Based on the theory of eclecticism, combine five modules to deduce the research model and set up four key factors and fourteen indexes to appraise the investment model. Take Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as the research tool. Through the selection of experts to obtain consensus and select the best business into the investment model.
