In details, this argument using one critical paper as the basic knowledge supporting the EOQ Model for deteriorating items with the impact from two main elements to demand that are selling price and product life-time or age-dependent. The Model includes two part, one of them is the normal one using the popular selling price with the regular demand rate. However, in the second period, after changing price, it will affect to the total profit. The objective of this research is to try the new Model having the higher profit than the one-price situation. By using the software called Lingo 17, we can identify the ideal replenishment period and optimal selling price, discount price to maximize the profit. Finally, through sensitivity analysis, this thesis is trying to find the trend of price, time impacting to the unit time profit. After comparing the Model with one specific case that used the same idea in the research of Avinadav et al.
