With no traffic control, the professional cyclist at least 16 hours , however, he only took 19 hours 35 minutes 32 seconds. In fact, the cycling think tank to formulate a strategy "90 days devil training", precision planning to be well considered in every respect, to made the mayor complete the impossible task. Success is not an accident, to complete the "short time, high strength" challenge, we must first strengthen the muscle endurance and physical fitness. The coaching team borrowed all equipment such as magnetic resistance bike trainers and bicycles from the GIANT to develop training prescriptions based on the physical condition of Mayor Ko. Perfect conquest of 380-km ride from Taipei to Kaohsiung. Although amazing willpower is certainly the fundamental of success, the use of advanced bike assisted training equipment for muscle endurance and physical training, the victory was hard won. In this paper a set of "Fitness Bike Simulation Training Device", utilized ATMega162 (Atmel) as the system core, combined with real-time clock chip (DS1287), 16 x 4 backlit LCD module, ICL232 (RS-232 Transmitters/Receivers), RFID card reader and card, with the MT6071iE Weintek’s touch screen panel to develop real-world simulation of the operating environment. Users can choose from the man-machine interface to challenge the bike route, such as avid cyclist surely make pilgrimages to 197 county road, although only 60 km in length, but there has many steep ascent and dangerous descent, resulting in traffic difficulties and notorious for dangerous road. In this paper, the fitness aids training equipment is to help the cyclist in the challenge before ride the county road 197. First step is simulation training, after cyclist pass the test and then go to Taitung to challenge. As for each training ride, records, including mileage, exercise time, average speed and challenging routes can be recorded in the RFID card. Execute the RFID mode of touch panel automatically read the RFID card data, and the last eight training records display on the touch panel.
