Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this research is to explore the current condition, the differentiation and the correlation between knowledge management and teaching innovation of elementary school English teachers in New Taipei City. A Questionnaire survey is adopted as the research method while the research tool is the “Questionnaire of knowledge management and teaching innovation of English teachers in New Taipei City” designed by the researcher. 150 questionnaires were sent out and the effective response rate is 100%. The data collected was analyzed and interpreted via a good number of statistical analysis methods including descriptive statistics, t-Test, One-Way ANOVA and product-moment correlation. The conclusions are as follow: 1. Elementary school English teachers in New Taipei city has fairly high level of cognition about knowledge management while “knowledge acquisition” and “knowledge application” are rated the highest ones among the five aspects. 2. Elementary school English teachers in New Taipei city has fairly high level of cognition about teaching innovation while “the innovation of teaching approaches ” is rated the highest. 3. Female English teachers with a master degree have a better performance in knowledge management; however, there is no significant differences among those who with other background variables. 4. Female English teachers with a master degree have a better performance in teaching innovation; however, there is no significant differences among those who with other background variables. 5. There is a significant correlation between English teachers’ knowledge management and teaching innovation.
