碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 土木防災工程研究所在職專班 === 105 === The most part of the special district of Taipei city is included Taipei main station and Taipei metro rail transit commute railroad and Taiwan high speed railroad due to different jurisdiction by government and private enterprise. Because of different decree requirements by years, it is not easy to maintain the public escape equipment and instruction. The only way to strength the public safety is to practice emergency evacuate and communication in fire scene. Furthermore, there are over 500,000 people pass by the whole the special district of Taipei city per day. The purpose of research is try to reduce the damage caused by fire. By way of field inspection, escape route analysis, the feature of building and advisory from senior firefighter as well, find the possibility of dangerous factors when fire happen and plan and exercise a drill under incident command system. It can be done by making firefighting more efficient and taking fire rescue of this kind of places as reference. According to the fire drill and deduction, local rescue unit must familiar with complication environment and take it’s advantage. Besides, the most important position is incident commander in fire scene. Making fire rescuer safer and ensuring citizen’s safety is under protection by quick and decisive decision. Flexible organization. At last, there are two ways to make disaster reduction better. The first is fire inspection and employee training. The second is efficient and safe rescue.
