This study adopted the action research to draft the curriculum plan, record the implementing process and evaluate the performance and reflection of such curriculum plan, so as to achieve the implementation of environmental education to every field. Qualitative analysis is the main research method which has applied to analyze and verify with 2 dimensions: students’ learning performance and teachers’ teaching performance, in the entire research process. Moreover, it referred to students’ learning records, review sheets, observation records and interview records, and designed the “Questionnaire of Implementing Environmental Education Curriculum” and “Environmental Education Curriculum Feedback Sheet”, then used the open-ended questionnaire to conduct the survey to students before and after implementing the curriculum. In addition, to supplement the insufficient participation observation and interview data, those qualitative and quantitative data could be used to evaluate whether students’ learning performance achieve the teaching target or not. For teachers’ teaching performance, it would be evaluated according to the cooperative partners’ feedback, together with their teaching reflection, teachers’ self-evaluation sheet, as well as students’ participation interest and learning performance. This study’s research process, results and reflections have been summarized as following conclusions: (1) Using of the action research design of integrating environmental education issues into the curriculum of every field is feasible, and by means of investigating environmental education’s competence indicators and teaching target of every filed can achieve the target of environmental education curriculum; (2) there’re totally 4 implementing strategies for environmental education curriculum plan: varied teaching activities, diversified teaching materials, various learning sheets and flexible and extensive curriculum; (3) evaluation of implementing environmental education integrated curriculum discovered students’ learning performance and teachers’ teaching performance can achieve the target of environmental education curriculum. Lastly in accordance with the analysis and discussion of research results, this researcher proposed some suggestions for teachers of implementing environmental education curriculum, as well as follow-up researches and studies.
