碩士 === 中華大學 === 行政管理學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the status of organizational identity, personality traits and organizational citizenship behavior of the affiliated elementary school preschool in Taipei county, to analyze the differences and correlations of behavior in different background teachers’ organizational citizens' behavior , and to explore the explanatory power of different background variables, organizational identity and human trait on organizational citizenship behavior. The research methods included literature analysis and a revised survey-based research tools that used as scale measuring the teachers’ Organization Identity,Personality Traits and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of The Affiliated Elementary School Preschool in Taipei County, which was adapted by the researchers, was used as a survey tool to adopt the stratified cluster sampling method according to the school scale, A total of 500 questionnaires were obtained, and 332 valid samples were obtained. Analyze data with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The overall performance of teachers' organizational identity of the affiliated elementary school preschool in Taipei county, which’ best performance is "loyalty",and "cohesion", "involvement" was on average level. 2. Among the five dimensions of teacher’s personality, a teacher of the affiliated elementary school preschool in Taipei county, "openness" and "friendliness" showed strongest related to personality trait and followed with the "extraversion", "diligence integrity" and "friendliness". 3. A teacher of the affiliated elementary school preschool in Taipei county, " actively helping" showed strongest related to organizational citizenship behavior and followed with the " dedicated behavior " and " Self-request". 4. A teacher of the affiliated elementary school preschool in Taipei county in the performance of organizational citizenship behavior, due to the age of teachers, education and teaching conditions vary. 5. The organizational identity and personality traits of the teacher of the affiliated elementary school preschool in Taipei county are highly correlated with the behavior of the citizens. 6. A teacher of the affiliated elementary school preschool in Taipei county who’ organizational identity of "cohesion" and "loyalty" showed a significant power in predicting organizational citizenship behavior traits.The personality traits of "extraversion" and "friendliness" showed a significant power in predicting organizational citizenship behavior traits, too. Finally, the researcher of this study concluded the findings provided evidence that could be recommendations for educational administration, policy maker and thus to benefit education and its quality.
