碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 105 === This study uses the case study method to analyze and utilizes the Lon-Yen-Lin Foun-dation as a main study object. The study explores the operation modes of Lon-Yen-Lin Foundation’s home services, and realizes its social resources utilization. Through inter-views with home care workers, homecare supervisors and served cases, the study obtained the following conclusions: 1.Through the appropriate organization building, the foundation should be able to enhance the labor value of the home care workers by passing the true meaning of love and service. 2.The foundation should be dealt with the case according to the individual attributes of the case such that the continuity of service work can be maintained. 3.The foundation should provide appropriate incentives and establish the incentive system to shorten the gap between supply and demand such that the service quality of the case can be improved.
