A census survey was sent out to collect opinions of the Taipei city public kindergarten educators in adapting the electronic picture books into the teaching. After the questionnaires were collected and analyzed,the following conclusions were found. 1.The majority of Taipei City public kindergarten educators are female, 30 years old and under, five years and under teaching experience, college graduates, being a mentor, a formal teacher, not attending any electronic picture books related training, and using electronic picture books in teaching one or two times. 2.The innovative acceptance, technology acceptance model, and satisfaction of adapting electronic picture books in teaching of Taipei City public kindergarten educators are above average. 3.There are no significant differences in the acceptance of innovation among the Taipei city public kindergarten educators of different gender, ages, education levels, and job titles. 4.There are no significant differences in the technology acceptance model among the Taipei city public kindergarten educators of different gender, education levels, and job titles. 5.There are no significant differences in the satisfaction of adapting electronic picture books among Taipei city public kindergarten educators of different gender, teaching experiences, education levels, and job titles. 6.The relationship between innovation acceptance and technology acceptance model, innovation acceptance and teaching satisfaction in adapting electronic picture books, and technology acceptance model and adapting electronic picture books in teaching of Taipei city public kindergarten educators shows significant positive correlation. 7.The innovation acceptance and technology acceptance model of Taipei City public kindergarten educators have the significant predictive power over the teaching satisfaction of adapting electronic picture books. It shows that the innovation acceptance and the technology acceptance model have positive influence over teaching satisfaction.
