Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理學系 === 105 === Since 2015, K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education has promoted “K-12 Education Administration funding old toilet lavatories rehabilitation projects for public middle and elementary schools”. For many years, the rehabilitation and renovation of old toilet lavatory has been planned to focus on its sustainable development to achieve the goal of sustainability, special characteristics and educational study. In order that the old toilet lavatories satisfy the need of new generation and possess energy conservation, carbon dioxide reduction and other related characteristics. This research has studies the relationship between the rehabilitation assessment of toilet lavatory and the nine indicators of Taiwan green buildings. Initially the assessment items and sub-items had been developed through literature reviews and experts’ interviews; expert questionnaire based on Delphi method was then used to finalize the evaluation framework. After that, Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied to obtain absolute and relative weights for each assessment items and sub-items by building contrast matrix to facilitate the establishment of a scoring table for old toilet lavatory rehabilitation assessment. The scoring table were applied to two old toilet lavatories in two elementary schools in Miaoli County, Lantian Elementary School and Zhongshan Elementary School, to perform rehabilitation assessment.
