碩士 === 長榮大學 === 航運管理研究所 === 105 === To promote flight safety, the Aviation Safety Council, Taiwan’s aviation occurrence investigation authority, instituted the voluntary TAiwan Confidential Aviation safety REporting system (TACARE) in 1999. However, the reporting rate of TACARE is not quite good and few studies have addressed the user acceptance of reporting system. This study aims to explore the cognitive and acceptance of all personnel in the aviation community about TACARE applications. This study questionnaire all personnel in the aviation community, Paper questionnaires collected 200, Online questionnaires Not limited ,effective questionnaires 182, uses descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis and correlation analysis to analyze the user perceptions, barriers, acceptances, and intentions of TACARE system. The results find that through the application of cognitive can reduce the report barriers and enhance the acceptance of TACARE, reduce the report barriers can improve the acceptance of TACARE, and enhance the acceptance can encourage the reporting of actual or potential threats involving the safety of aviation operations.
