CEO雙元性之董事會結構對公司績效之影響-以傳統產業為例 LIN, YIH-SHIUAN 林憶萱 碩士 長榮大學 經營管理研究所 105 This study examines the impact of the structure of the board of directors on the performance of the company for the listed companies in Taiwan's traditional industries. The research period was based on the time point after the financial tsunami. For the performance of the company, the empirical results show that the more holdings directors and managers keep, the Department showed a significant positive correlation. This result means that for the traditional industries, it occers the phenomenon on the convergence of interests. In addition, in terms of the impact of the ratio of independent directors on corporate performance, it can be understood that the higher the ratio can be used to enhance the performance of the company through its expertise. In addition, this study further grouped the traditional industries by the characteristics of the duality of CEO, and explored its influence on the performance of the company. This study found that when the CEO is characterized by duality, for the traditional industry, when the larger the size of the board, it will be detrimental to the company's business performance. And when the CEO does not have the characteristics of duality, the higher the legal holdings of the company's operating performance is poor. CHEN, CHEN-YU 陳振宇 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 46 zh-TW
