The manager of the nursing staff working 24 hours a day in a hospital is an indispensable element in facing an aging society, growing chronic diseases, and increasing of long-term patient care, The use of sincere leadership characteristics, to stimulate the feelings of subordinate life flow, there is a positive, positive attitude, and willing to help others to complete the work show the organization of citizenship Behavior, to build a mutual, harmonious work team atmosphere. Objective: The purposes of this research are focusing on: first, exploring how a nursing supervisor’s leadership will affect the nurses’ behavior in an organizational. Second, nurses’ extent of perceptions on life process. Last, why the nursing supervisor plays a crucial role in nursing staffs’ organizational citizenship behaviors. Methods:The research is a cross-sectional study. Using the way of quota sampling to choose the subjects among two local hospitals in Tainan for this study. During the month of March 2017, 280 surveys were released and 274 responses were collected back. The response rate is 97.86%. Statistics, factor analysis, Pearson related analysis, hierarchical regression and Sobel Test mediation analysis and other statistical methods are used verify the hypothesis of the study. Result: First, Nursing supervisors are in good faith and have a significant positive impact on the perception of life flow and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, Nursing staff perceived life flow and organizational citizenship show have a significant positive impact. Third, Careful leadership of nursing staff will enhance through the experience of life flow, and is to improve their organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion:The outcome of the study shows that when the nursing staff notices a supervisor’s genuineness leadership, it psychologically creates positive sentiment and arouses their sensations on life process. Staffs then, will have the enthusiasm in their job and present vigorous attitude while working. Thus, the hospital managements should pay attention on nursing profession, autonomy and the staffs’ demands on equitable feelings. Set the goal to improve the working environment in order to enhance the teamwork experience. Realize how a good leadership can impel the nursing staff and make them enjoy the achievements from their job. Encourage personnel to initiate the medical care and therefore, increase the organization’s performance and the retaining of nursing staff.
