Description
Summary:碩士 === 經國管理暨健康學院 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this research was to investigate the functional fitness and meridian monitoring of elder people in Keelung after they received moderate aerobic exercise for 12 weeks. The study was conducted via 60 elder people with an average age of 71 (years), height 152 (cm), weight 64 (kg). The train spanning 90 minutes is implemented twice a week and lasted for 12 weeks. The result shows that training of aerobic exercise lasting 12 weeks can obviously increase cardiorespiratory endurance (P<.05); result of meridian exercise also shows huge improvement in internal organs, such as lungs, small intestines, bladders and gall bladders (P<.05), which means that implementing aerobic exercise lasting 12 weeks can effectively strengthen cardiorespiratory endurance, improve the function of internal organs and delay the phenomenon of aging.
