| Summary: | 碩士 === 中央警察大學 === 公共安全研究所 === 105 === The purpose of the study was to assess the offenses of aggravated fraud, article 339 of 4 of Criminal Code of the Republic of China. The framework of this dissertation includes: (a) the evolution of the offenses of fraud, (b) the issues of fraudulent use the names of government agencies or civil servants to commit fraud, (c) the issues of three or more persons act together to commit fraud, (d) the issues of communicate to the public by communication tool, such as broadcasting and television, telecommunications, internet or other media to commit fraud, (e) conclusions and discussions. Further suggestions are also presented in theory and practice.
