The popularity of modern Internet, let students have more opportunities to experience a different teaching methods, in view of the above factors, Ministry of Education planning Distance Learning Companion Project, this program is the use of online teaching, by the university Students with counseling Primary school students, to accompany them to learn and grow. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between Teaching Efficacy and Teaching Satisfaction of the university students. The main purpose of this study is to explore the differences in Teaching Efficacy of universities students with different background variables. To explore the different background variables of university students have different Teaching Satisfaction, and the university students in Teaching Efficacy and Teaching Satisfaction on the situation. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was adopted, a total of 208 valid questionnaires were collected from nine universities students participating in the program. The results of this study show that universities in different regions and universities college are significantly different in teaching effectiveness, and universities with different subjects are accompanied by Teaching Satisfaction are Significant differences, and made for qualitative interviews with seven respondents who had significant differences in order to learn more about the differences. In the Teaching Efficacy and Teaching Satisfaction relationship is positive; In addition, the university students with sufficient course preparation, good equipment environment and teaching strategies can also effectively improve the university students with the Teaching Efficacy and Teaching Satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that universities students should be encouraged to participate in the program of digital education to achieve the goal of improving Teaching Efficacy and Teaching Satisfaction.
