These industries impacted by external environment, such as: globalization, free market open, for example, World Trade Organization (WTO), they have to adjust their steps as fast as they can. There are some new strategies, for instance, business reengineering, strategy management, merging strategy…etc. In addition, domestic traditional industries should enhance their core resources of enterprise business quickly because it is crucial to establish new strategies for developing competitive advantages. This study aims at the construction industry of operational management on strategic alliance-case study on large construction/building companies in Taiwan. The large construction companies at according to core resources by themselves, we want to understand what motives of the strategic alliance do they adopt, how do they choice their allied partners, what kinds of alliance types do they want to constitute and how do the effective of the strategic alliance after it was operated? …etc, and analyzing the relativity affection, and making a questionnaire for these variables. The result investigated after the questionnaire of quantitative analysis and the experts of qualitative analysis, analyzed by statistics (MANOVA, ANOVA, T- test etc.), Currently, we observe several important results as follows: We observe, in the present, that the one of best ways that is helpful to change the business situation while the construction/building companies apply the strategic alliance to manage and operate. As a result, we observe that the most suitable partner is a reciprocal ability and compatible target with each other in this research. The best infrastructure of alliance groups is to offer partners competitive advantages as an inducement to cooperate. Though common-purchase way can lower really the construction cost;for the central satellite system or corporate synergy development system was established can be helpful to hold the more core resources closely.
