Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 105 === Nitric oxide (NO) is a key signal molecule. It’s important in the creature, including vasodilation, neurotransmission, regulation of blood pressure, antipathogenic organism and anticancer. However, NO is an unstable gas molecule with short half-life, therefore it’s worthy to develop compounds that carry and release nitric oxide. Dinitrosyl Iron Complexes (DNIC) was reported for the delivery of NO. In this study, DNIC [Fe2(μ-SEtCOOH)2(NO)4] was successfully synthesized through reaction of DNIC [Fe2(μ-1,2-MePyr)2(NO)4] and thiol (HSC2H4CO2H) . DNIC [Fe2(μ-SEtCOOH)2(NO)4] shows IR absorption peaks at 1776 s and 1751 s cm-1. Metal-organic Frameworks (MOF) is a porous material which is synthetic friendly, stable and non-toxic to creature. In this work, we use Fe(NO3) 3.9H2O and terephthalic acid to synthesize (MIL-88B(Fe)) as carrier of dinitrosyl iron complex. Dinitrosyl iron complex was successfully incorporated into MIL-88B(Fe) according to the IR absorption peak at 1777 s and 1751s cm-1. Investigation of the kinetics for the release of nitric oxide from these materials are underway. Keywords: Nitric oxide、Nitric oxide donor、Metal -organic Frameworks
