The general management scholars or experts agree that the various constitutive surfaces and retention will have a very close relationship. However , members of the National Army organization come from different growth environments in society , all have different ages , seniority, education and individual personality traits , in the face of organizational culture characteristics , individual to the overall job satisfaction and compensation satisfaction of the situation , the response degree also varies , and also affect the expiration of future service after career planning. Leadership cadres should how to establish a good organization culture , promote the overall work of the officers and soldiers to meet , enhance the intention to stay , and their personal personality traits to tie , and then lead subordinates , cohesion team spirit , to achieve the goal of high-quality human growth. In order to understand what factors will affect the willingness of volunteer soldiers to stay in the camp , in addition to the relevant literature discussion , the method of sampling and facilitating through questionnaires. An empirical study on volunteer soldiers of an army force in the north;Issued 414 questionnaires , recovered 414 copies , and the recovery rate was 100%. The main contribution for this study adopts confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to validate its convergence validity and difference validity , and carry out structural equation Model (SEM) and path analysis. Validate the relationship of hypotheses , get the result of path analysis , and summarize the important research conclusions. The organizational culture and the intention to stay , the job satisfaction and the intention to stay , the compensation satisfaction and the intention to stay , etc. are present positively to the remarkable relations, obtains the empirical support.
