Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 教育研究所 === 105 === This study aims to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, and forecast between elementary school principals’ leadership for learning and teachers'' innovative teaching in Taoyuan City. The method is the questionnaire survey. The approach in this study uses stratified random sampling to investigate 670 samples that are from 42 schools. 631 valid responses are collected. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. All the degree of principals’ leadership for learning and teachers'' Innovative teaching to those respondents are high. 2. The background variables have significantly different perception to the two factors. 3. There is a moderate positive correlation between elementary school principals’ leadership for learning and teachers'' Innovative teaching. 4. “Principals’ leadership for learning” is slightly predictable toward “teachers'' innovative teaching”. Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the educational administration, elementary school administration ,teachers and future researchers.
