Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 105 === Taiwan is an island-based regional. Its energy supply is mainly dependent on imports. For the power generation structure, 77% is provided by thermal power generation. A lot of coal, natural gas and fuel are consumed. More carbon dioxide are produced to cause the increment of earth temperature. A large number of PM 2.5 suspended solids are also accompanied. The air quality is deterioration. Industrial users are the main users, which consumed 80% of all generating capacity of the electricity structure. In the factory, the electricity use of plant equipment is accounted for 40% to 50% of the total power consumption. Air conditioning equipment is the number one power consumption user for the plant system, then the air compressor equipment. Factories in the development of energy-saving strategy, the energy consumption order, the cost and the recovery period are the main judgment conditions. Projects that do not need to spend money are always listed of priority implementation. Therefore, the contract capacity and the power factor correction are first reviewed. Then to raise the ambient temperature by adjusting the chiller and its auxiliary system settings to avoid that the system do unnecessary power consumptions is the second choice. After these options that do not need to spend money are implemented, the measures of energy-saving improvement will be considered. The most important factor in considering to spend money on improving equipment the recovery period is usually considered. Recovery period is usually set for five years. Because the equipment will begin aging after used 5 years, the maintenance costs will be increased. For Taiwan, the energy depends on import. With the annual electricity margin continuing to decrease, energy-saving is an urgent work. The energy-saving measures proposed in this report are practically used and are actually verified of the general factory. As for the special types of industries, due to the different environmental conditions, different means of energy conservation will be focused on.
