Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 105 === The main purposes of this study were to exploring Hospitality Group teachers' Personality Trait,Work Pressure and Workplace Resilience of senior high school teachers. In this study, a census survey was conducted. There were 253 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective recovery rate was 88%.The results of this study as follows: The object of study was Mainly female, mostly unmarried, The age range was mostly in 31-40 years old, Seniority was mostly under 5 years, School size was mostly under 5 classes, Duties was mostly homeroom tutor. The Personality traits and Work Pressure and Workplace Resilience all showing intermediate level. Among them, a facet to the affinity is more prominent, the system policy to perceive the higher pressure,and the ability have to overcome the higher pressure in Resilience The personality traits of hospitality group senior high school teachers in Taichung City present Significant influence on Work Pressure.The personality traits of hospitality group senior high school teachers in Taichung City present Significant influence on Workplace Resilience.The work pressure of hospitality group senior high school teachers in Taichung city present significant negative impact on Workplace Resilience.Different background variables present significant influence impact on Personality Trait , Work Pressure and Workplace Resilience. Finally, according to the results of the study, this study puts forward some suggestions on the reference of the senior secondary schools, teachers, schools, relevant educational administrative units and future researchers which. it is expected to adjust the teacher's mental state from the student's point of view and adjust the teacher's mental state according to different circumstances so as to reduce the working pressure and seek self-improvement or self-adjustment or school-based on-the-job training and study,promote ego Workplace Resilience.
