This study uses the X-13 ARIMA-SEATS method to analyze the seasonal nature of the tourism market in Taiwan, including Inbound Tourism, Outbound Tourism, Domestic Tourism. Republic of China 70 to 105 years to Taiwan to tourists mainly for the Asian region, followed by the Americas and Europe, with Asia being the largest in China area and then for Hong Kong and Japan. In the outbound tourism, the largest proportion of the Asian region, followed by the Americas, Europe, of which Japan is the most stable growth. As for the domestic tourism, then the six municipalities are more tourists, the overall resources for the development of industry has a dominant position. In the tourism season, every year in March, April, November and December is the tourist season to travel to Taiwan; every year in February, April to August, October is the people abroad travel season. As for the domestic tourism, the annual February, March, April and July to August, is the tourist season. Seasonal existence in Taiwan's tourism market, the tourism industry-related industry or government departments, should be properly formulated in response to the strategy to seek the best interests of the development of the tourism industry.
