Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系高階產業經營碩士在職專班 === 105 === Human resources are a company’s greatest assets as it could related to a lot of positive changes on employees’ efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and other factors.In order to enhance the employees’ productivity and creativity, lots of organizations contribute time and money on employee training as the strategy on human resource development. On the other hand, although the business was invested the human capital by providing different trainings, but the input on the trainings and the effectiveness of the outcome might be disproportional. This study is based on a medical manufacturer company and it is focusing on the employees’ characteristics. In order to explore how the training of the organization can bring a strong impact of effectiveness on the employees. Participants of this study were recruited from the medical manufacturing company; 103 survey was issued and 103 survey results were received. The result of the research reflects that (1) by accepting the same training method, employee with different characteristics could have different outcomes. (2) The result of the training does increases employees’ working efficiency (3) the effect between employees’ characteristics and the training methods is depended.
