Description
Summary:碩士 === 大漢技術學院 === 土木工程與環境資源管理研究所 === 105 === Rice is the most important crop in Taiwan. The derived agricultural waste –straw will cause the environment pollution such as smog, tiny particle and solid waste if it is burned or dumped in field. The aim of this study is to develop the recycling technology of straw. It is expected that the waste straw can be recycled by innovative type such as dye adsorbent, and the produce can increase the recycling value to solve another environment issue. Owing to straw is composed of fiber and organic conponent, it might be decomposed with pyrosis method to get syhthetic activated carbon derived fram pyrosis residue. In followed experiments, particle size, pyrosis temperature, pyrosis time were discussed to get the activated carbon, and the synthetic carbon was mixed with Methylene Blue(MB, cationic dye) solution to discuss the adsorption behavior. The dye can he removed 74.35% , when 300mg/L MB solution was shaken at Oscillation rate 150rpm.The adsorption results were analyzed with langmuir and pseudo- second-order model, the maximum value of MB adsorption is 37.31mg/g. Adsorption activation energy 96.40 kJ/mol.
