碩士 === 台灣首府大學 === 教育研究所 === 105 === The purpose of the current research aims to Tainan city　elementary schools explore the relationships among Teachers’leisure participation, work stress and well-being for elementary school teachers, and analyze different　background variables of theirs’work stress, leisure participation and well-being of difference in the situation. The survey regards the teachers who serve in public elementary school　in Tainan city as the population, and uses the methods of multi-stage random　sampling to sample 17 elementary schools of Tainan city, 350 school teachers　in the survey, the teachers’ leisure participation, work stress and well-being on relationships. From the random sampling, the recovery rate　of 95.43%, 334 were valid and Availability factor 96%. The data were　descriptive statistics; t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and　multiple stepwise regressions and etc. According to the results of data　analysis the Tainan city Elementary schools teachers, several conclusions have　been obtained as follows： 一、The situation of leisure participation with current by Gender, marital status, title, service age, age and education level then affected varies. 二、The situation of work stress with current by Gender and age then affected varies. 三、The situation of well-being with current by Gender, service age and age then affected varies. 四、The leisure participation and leisure have a significant positive correlation between work stress, and significant predictability. 五、The work stress and leisure have a significant negative correlation between well-being, and significant predictability. 六、The leisure participation and leisure have a significant positive correlation between well-being, and significant predictability. The following recommendations are offered based on the findings and conclusion of the research: 一、Strengthen the participation of Primary school teachers in the knowledge and art of leisure activities, to reduce the pressure on the work of Primary school teachers. 二、Reduce the workload of teachers in the country and reduce the pressure on the teaching of students. 三、To organize the activities of small and medium-sized teachers in recreational activities to improve the well-being of teachers.
