Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of academic performance and physical fitness by participation of expert joggers. Based on 447 students ranging from mid to high grade in Sinwu elementary school, there are 440 effective samples (effective rate are 98.43%). After analyzing by using spss version 18.0 statistical software.
It was found that the BMI value has positive prediction force regarding to sociology, nature, science and technology fields; Body softness has positive prediction force regarding to weighted average score of those fields including language, art, humanities, as well as health, physical education and integrative activities.; Heart & Lung endurance has positive prediction force regarding to weighted average score of those fields including language, mathematics, sociology, nature, science and technology fields, as well as art, humanities, health, physical education and integrated activities.
The study shows for those high participation expert joggers, the higher their heart & lung endurance, the better performance they achieved in those fields of sociology, science and technology; The lower BMI value of those high participation expert joggers, the higher weighted average score they achieved for those fields including mathematics, sociology, science and technology; The study also shows that high participation of expert jogger will be necessary to enhance muscle endurance, that can effectively improve the weighted average score of those fields including language, mathematics, science and technology, as well as art, humanities and integrated activities.
The interaction of participation of expert jogger and related physical fitness do interfere with academic performance. Based on research results, suggestions had been proposed for those upcoming researchers, students and their family.
