碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 105 === In this study, Taichung City Fire Department firefighters Field for the study, Understanding the difference between the impact of the Field firefighters basic personal information (independent variable) and quality of life (dependent variable). Using questionnaires, the study issued 300 questionnaires to the firefighters in Taichung City Fire Bureau (for the 105th year), and obtained 251 valid questionnaires from 280 retrieved questionnaires in the study. The followings are the conclusions of the statistical analysis from the survey data: The results found that, there are significant differences in the quality of life of field firefighters, such as gender, different levels of education, different service seniority, different marital status and different position backgrounds. There are no significant difference in the quality of life of field firefighters ages and number of children. According to field firefighters personal background variables：female gender, graduate school education,work seniority over 16 years—20 years, single marital status and cadres of higher quality. Last but not least, study results are summarized based on conclusions and recommendations, the research results can be used as references for the executive of the firefighting and the fire departments to promote the Quality of life, timely reduce the workload and improve the job performance for the firefighters and meantime help disaster rescue job performance of the fire service to ensure that the three fire tasks are fulfilled .
