Organizations can help employees cope with stress issues through formal institutional resources or informal interpersonal support networks within the company. So the Employee Assistance Programs have become a necessary solution for corporate sustainability and employee career. This study explores the relationship between employee workload, emotional service and turnover intention, and the employee assistance program is used to adjust the variables, and whether the study will affect the employee's workload, emotional service and turnover intention. We was used to analyze the software through factor analysis, narrative statistics, correlation analysis, simple regression Class regression analysis and other methods to test the hypothesis of the study. The results show that the workload has a significant positive correlation with the labor service and the emotional service, and the labor service has a significant positive correlation with the turnover intention.
