| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 105 === This is a study on companies appears within 1996 – 2015 in the Taiwan Stock Exchange Market. By using regression analysis for the past 20 years of data to explore the degree of diversification and internationalization effects on corporate performance.
Firstly, our results displayed a clear, and parabola-like relationship between diversification effect on products and business’ financial performance. Diversification will contribute positively to the business in the incipient stage; though as time progress, it will reach a maximum and then begin to decline.
On the other hand, unlike diversification, internationalization does not has a significant effect on the spreadsheet. It will only contribute negatively on businesses profit when globalization is applied excessively.
