In this study, the study was conducted using the literature analysis and questionnaires. The survey was conducted in Taoyuan City, where the investigators were located in Taoyuan City. In accordance with the method of identification of primary and secondary schools in remote areas, a survey was conducted on all kindergartens in remote areas of Taoyuan City The Taoyuan City, the remote area of the country attached to a total of 19 kindergartens, and had used instant messaging software in the kindergarten teachers in the communication of 13. A total of 327 questionnaires were distributed and 301 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective sample recovery rate was 92.05%. The results of the study are mainly found as follows: perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness has a significant effect on behavioral intention; perceived ease of use has a significant effect on behavioral intention; The use of behavior has a significant positive impact.
