The purpose of this study is to understand clubs participants’ motivation, Involvement and parents’ rearing attitude on learning Effectiveness of Senior Elementary School Student. To explore the differences in the motivations, involvement, parenting and learning outcomes of schoolchildren with different background variables. In this study, questionnaire survey was used to study the participation of students in the clubs. And self-compiled questionnaire for research tools. 400 questionnaires were sent and 334 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results of the study found that clubs participats’ motivation had a significant positive effect on learning effectiveness. Involvement has a significant positive impact on learning effectiveness.
