| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 企業管理學系 === 105 === With the progress of science and technology and the production technology is mature, all kinds of product life cycle is gradually shortened, especially 3C electronic products, and product replacement accelerated also led to scrap the increasing number of environmental issues at the same time the attention. Therefore, the government, environmental groups and related industries have started on issues of environmental protection and sustainable, promote the green supply chain and reverse logistics related issues have been discussed and valued industry, government, and also puts forward the development of reverse logistics to the society and the environment, and to create economic benefits have not in the past. However, in practice, the process and status of the implementation of the reverse logistics, but observed that the development of reverse logistics is facing more obstacles than expected, so that the implementation of reverse logistics has not seen significant progress. Therefore, this study aims to explore the barriers and drivers of reverse logistics, provided research framework issued by systematic and comprehensive study of related factors, and to clarify and explore the relationship between factors, to research and development as a reference for reverse logistics related issues.
This study firstly and summarizing the literature review, summarized the 24 barriers and 25 drivers, then the electronics industry in the high level managers were interviewed, the data collected by using the method of Content Analysis and Formal Concept Analysis, to explore the influence factors of reverse logistics, the overall related issues the visualization of relevance concepts and factors, and to study the inference. Research results show that there is an association between barriers and drivers, which is the main influence factors to the highest degree of consideration of laws and regulations as well as the cost of interests for enterprises. In addition,it also found in the past literature was rarely been discussed to the influence factors of reverse logistics implementation in the actual process of interview and analysis, at the end of the study that can make the reverse logistics has been widely carried out and compared to the spontaneous by internal drive and hinder the exclusion, external incentives (drive), such as the recovery of high profit and mandatory provisions, such as the government policy is the main key factors to promote the reverse logistics.
The results of this study in the academic factors in addition to construction of reverse logistics development related issues and influence (drivers and barriers) the overall contours, research methods used by the content analysis method and formal concept method, qualitative research can reduce the subjectivity and to clarify the relationship between related factors and importance, to make up for the past related research the gap, expected to provide relevant research topics in development model and inference and reference for future research directions, as relevant industry or units in the days after the introduction and implementation of reference of reverse logistics in practice. In addition, the public sector intervention and policy specification for the proper and timely, but also contribute to promote and develop reverse logistics.
