Porter, it is possible for a business to redefine its purpose to create a Shared Value (Shared Shared Value), perhaps to repair the gap between the business community and society to create shared value Can drive the next wave of innovation and productivity growth in the global economy because it highlights the huge needs that need to be met, the huge new markets to be cultivated, the internal costs of social problems, and the competitive advantages that can be addressed by these issues. This study reviews the relevant literatures, uses qualitative research methods, analyzes and summarizes them through in-depth interviews, analyzes the business model of case enterprises, and integrates corporate social responsibility and creation of shared value into the business activities of enterprises. The business philosophy of the enterprise, the organization and operation mode of the social enterprise, and the idea of different stakeholders to convey the concept of the social situation of the shared value of the enterprise in the process of operation, to find out the unique key positioning of the case enterprise and the practice This goal of the unique value chain, looking forward to the future business in the business can make recommendations and contributions.
