In the era of knowledge economy, the rapid changes in industrial structure, the workplace must be able to continue to absorb new knowledge, and to adapt to non-lifetime employment patterns and non-linear career development path. Therefore, this study attempts to explore the impact of soft skills and employability of the bankers of the case bank Taoyuan area and the quantitative research was carried out by the practitioners of the case bank Taoyuan area branch. In this study, 300 questionnaires were issued and 240 valid questionnaires were obtained. The actual situation of the influence of soft skills and employability was discussed. And then the case bank Taoyuan area practitioners as the research object to the questionnaire survey method. According to the statistical analysis of class returns, the results show that the soft skills and employability of the employees in this public service bank around Taoyuan areas are moderately affected. The soft skills, service lerning and self-efficacy and their interactions with cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence can filfull the potentialities of employees, the influence on the employability is quite large, and the effect of Workability and Marketability is derived.
