And then the actual digital signal processing as the core of the controller-driven permanent magnet synchronous motor, compared to the difference between the analog and the actual circuit.
Motor drive system requires low torque with high speed, high speed with high power, wide speed control range. Permanent magnet synchronous motor because of its stable performance, high power / torque density, simple and compact structure, long life, widely used in many fields.
In this thesis, the digital signal processor dsPIC30F4011 and dsPIC33EP256MC506 manufactured by Microchip are used as the main core to receive the commands sent by the peripheral controller and process the algorithm at the same time. The controller circuit is composed of power semiconductor, gate driver and current sensor circuit, and reserves the Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART), inter-integrated circuit bus(IIC) and other communication pin, can expand the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and other wireless communication modules and other peripheral.
