The small hydraulic system is a combination of precision manufacturing, motor drive and higher digital control and other innovative technology of mechanical and electrical integration products, the control system architecture includes motor, inverter selection, servo motion control, temperature control, oil planning, flow rate control and Closed circuit constant pressure control, etc., in the hydraulic unit, this paper proposed the actual integration of frequency conversion motor and inverter mode, combined with integrated design, the development of a new type of hydraulic energy-saving system. In the aspect of system control, this study puts forward the difference of energy consumption between the traditional hydraulic system and the new hydraulic energy saving system which has been used in the closed-circuit constant pressure control to improve the power consumption of the traditional hydraulic system. The feasibility of the system and method designed in this paper has been confirmed by a number of tests and is indeed reach the energy saving effect.
