| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 國際經營管理碩士學位學程 === 105 === Nowadays for airlines industry, in order to maximize the profit, minimize the cost, and provide the more convenient service, airlines join the airlines alliance; and for airlines, the most important issue is the flight safety, without safety, it will cause a severe disaster, even let the airlines bankrupt. This study wants to know if airlines join the alliance can influence its flight safety? To discuss the above issues, the research took the source of data come from the past scholars' research on airlines alliances and flight safety, did the in-depth interview with the scholar’s who work in the department of aviation in university and took the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report from both EVA air and China Airlines ,which is the two biggest airlines in Taiwan, The research found that there are two results; one is joining the alliance for flight safety has no effect, and the other is joining the alliance will affect its flight safety, but has the little effect. The research just only has the theoretical result but lacking of the practical aspects, hope that the future researcher can cooperate with airlines so that it can provide the more precise advice.
