The system of the arm strength training machine with the electromyographic biofeedback is based on an embedded system. Employing permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and dsPIC30F4011 as the core control, the microcontrollers perform Proportional-Integral-Derivation (PID) control and sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) drive motors, and the motor torque, tensile rate and EMG signal displayed on the phone side.
The main aim of this thesis is to achieve the arm strength training machine of the Internet of things function, Using Wireless Microcontroller (CC3200) Internet of Things (IoT) Microcontroller Unit Chip with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, the arm training machine torque, tensile speed, EMG signal, and transfer information can be transmitted to the developed application programs of mobile phone.
Nowadays smart phone is an indispensable personal items of modern people, internet of things will be connected to the surrounding network equipment. Mobile phone uses Android system to build the relevant communication interface mobile phone applications. By receiving and saving the information from the arm strength training machine, the personal health information management can be achieved. Finally the experimental results show the integrity of the wireless transmission framework and internet of things designed in this thesis.
