It’s a challenge to find and retain talent for needs of a large manpower of manufacturing company. B company is also facing the same problem.
This study will analyze the reasons of leaving with the four principles of human resources management, the analysis of personality traits and the classification of job content. To understand the staff of the various aspects, personality, needs, work motivation, strengths and weaknesses, etc., and to try find out the reduce factors.
This study shows the main factors are their salary satisfaction, working stress, fit job and environmental, not interested of the job nature, health factors. For salary satisfaction factor, it can make consistent with interviewee when interview. For the working stress and fit job and environmental, it can change management practices and capacity. For the job nature, it can through gameplay let’s work becomes be interesting. For the health, provide a safe working environment, proper rest, comfortable resting space and regular health checks. Enterprises pay more attention to their staff, employees also can feel that and cohere their cohesion and Organizational identity to reduce leaving.
