Commodity surface should be regularly developed in line with the needs of current customers, highlighting the characteristics of goods, so that the first line of the bank window, easy to explain, facilitate the operation, at the same time in the follow-up review and improve the direction of efficiency must be implemented. In view of the expansion of the bank's access to the operation of the bank, the research direction and the semi-structured in-depth interview were conducted.
